Haytrans LLC started with a simple idea: transportation to medical care should be dependable enough that no one has to think twice about it. Nearly a decade later, that idea is still what gets our drivers on the road every morning.
Our Story
From one family's commitment to a 10+ person team.
Haytrans LLC was founded in 2018 as a family-owned transportation business in Waltham, Massachusetts. What began as a small operation focused on getting neighbors safely to their medical appointments has grown into a team of more than ten drivers and dispatchers, without losing the thing that made it work in the first place: showing up, on time, every time.
Today, Haytrans has completed more than 100,000 trips for over 5,000 clients across Metro Boston — from individual riders and family caregivers to hospitals, senior living communities, and corporate clients who depend on us for recurring, scheduled transportation.
We're still family-owned. That matters to how we operate: every driver is trained personally, every dispatcher knows the routes, and every client is treated like someone we'll see again next week — because most of the time, we will.
