These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Haytrans LLC website and the transportation, delivery, and related services ("Services") provided by Haytrans LLC ("Haytrans," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, calling, texting, emailing, or submitting a request to Haytrans LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Description of Service

Haytrans LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation, medical deliveries, and other human transportation services within Metro Boston, Massachusetts. Our website provides information about our Services and a way to request them by phone, email, or an online form. We do not offer online booking confirmation, payment processing, quoting, or user accounts through this website; all requests are confirmed directly by our dispatch team.

3. Not an Emergency Service

Haytrans LLC is not an emergency medical service and does not provide ambulance or emergency response transportation. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use our website, text messaging, or online form to request emergency assistance.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Pricing

  • Rides and deliveries are scheduled directly with our dispatch team by phone, email, or online request, and confirmed before service begins.
  • We provide upfront pricing before a trip is confirmed. Final pricing may reflect distance, wait time, mobility assistance required, or scheduling changes discussed with you in advance.
  • Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule a trip. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling.
  • We do not process payments through this website.

5. SMS Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Haytrans LLC, the following terms apply to our SMS messaging program:

  • Program description: Messages may include appointment confirmations, dispatch and driver arrival updates, scheduling changes, and account-related notifications related to a ride or delivery you have requested.
  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is collected through an opt-in checkbox on our website contact form, or verbally when you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your ride or delivery activity.
  • Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

  • Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No data sharing: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
